Great hotel with amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and an electric kettle. The staff kindly helped me retrieve my forgotten earphones. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Incredible services, great Wi-Fi. Extremely spacious and huge unit with an electric kettle and fridges. Magnificent location really close to the Togendai Station, two bus stops, and the biggest Premium Outlet in Japan and very welcoming staff.

The Western-Style Japanese Room had a cozy tatami area and included an electric kettle. The cleanliness was on point.

Transportation options were limited mainly to bus service, particularly in inclement weather. The check-in window of 3 to 7 PM felt restrictive, as it cut into sightseeing time.

Field Hakone offered a perfect blend of tranquility and traditional Japanese hospitality. The location felt cozy, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the bus station. The room had lovely traditional touches and was spotlessly clean. The owners were pretty good, helping us with local tips and even carrying our luggage upstairs. They even wiped our suitcase wheels, a nice gesture that showcased their attention to detail. On the downside, soundproofing could be better. I heard some muffled conversations from neighboring rooms and the occasional snoring. This didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment. If you're seeking a simple yet charming stay with really good service, this is a solid choice.

The hosts were cute even arriving early on a rainy morning they helped with our itinerary and provided a well-thought map to attractions.

Clean room, friendly staff, well-equipped kitchenette made our stay enjoyable, especially with the easy 6-minute walk to the bus stop for exploring local attractions.
